The Moscow Arbitration Court recovered unjust enrichment from PJSC MOEK in favor of the Client, as well as interest for the use of other people’s funds.  of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to prove the unjustified application of the calculation method by PJSC “MOEK” when determining the volume of supplied energy, which in turn led to an illegal increase in the cost of services of PJSC “MOEK”.
