The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region refused the Debtor’s financial manager to invalidate the alimony agreement. MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” represented the interests of the Debtor’s ex-wife and defended the validity of this agreement. The interests of the Principal were represented by Roman Volkomorov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow City Court upheld the earlier decision of the court of first instance, within the framework of which the claims of the Educational Organization for the collection of debt under the agreement on the provision of educational services were satisfied and the counterclaims were denied. The interests of the Educational Organization were represented by Semyon Garayan, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
