August 25 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region satisfied the Bank’s complaint about the recognition of the actions of the temporary manager as not complying with the law regarding the failure to monitor the debtor’s compliance with the statutory restrictions on the disposal of property and the adoption of measures provided for in Article 66 of the Bankruptcy Law during the monitoring procedure. The court also recovered losses in the amount of 8.1 million rubles from the temporary manager. The Bank’s interests were represented by Andrey Khokhlov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
