The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the demands of a Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for a corporate dispute on the obligation to submit documents. In case of non-execution of the court decision, the Defendant will also be charged a court forfeit in the amount of 10,000 rubles for each day of delay in the execution of the judicial act.
