September 13 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District left unchanged the decisions of the courts of the first and appellate instances which had previously refused to satisfy the claim for a total amount of 525 million rubles brought against the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” under a construction contract. The interests of the Principal were represented by Evgenia Kachanovskaya, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
