The Krasnogorsk City Court of the Moscow Region left unchanged the earlier decision of the Magistrate’s Court, which refused to satisfy the claims to the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” on the recovery of alimony in the amount of more than 400 thousand rubles for the past period. Only current alimony was collected from the Principal, which corresponded to the Client’s position. The interests of the Principal were represented by Sergey Bibikov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District agreed with the arguments of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and rejected the procedural opponents in satisfying the appeal against the ruling of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal. Earlier, the appellate instance canceled the decision of the court of first instance and collected the debt in the amount of 3.3 million rubles in favor of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, and also obliged the Defendant to pay interest for the use of a commercial loan, accrued at a rate of 0.2% per day of the debt amount by the day of actual performance of the obligation. The interests of the Client were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow, within the framework of a labor dispute, considered a claim for the recovery of 3 million rubles, filed against the Employer – Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. Based on the results of the consideration, the court, which agreed with the Bureau’s arguments about the absence of legal grounds for satisfying the claim and the inadmissibility of the evidence presented by the Plaintiff, dismissed the latter’s claim in full. The interests of the Client were defended by Irina Novikova, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
