September 21 Main results of the day

The Central Bank of Russia, based on the results of the consideration of a case on an administrative offense, provided for in Part 1 of Article 15.39 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, terminated the proceedings in the case against the Bank and its official. The interests of the Bank and the official were defended by Ivan Bychkov, lawyer, head of the Tyumen branch of Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
