Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, took part in the Pravo.ru conference “Family and Inheritance Law: Legislative Changes and Current Practice – 2021” and made a presentation on the peculiarities of inheritance of property located abroad. He spoke about the methods of managing such inheritance in the conditions of “closed borders” and the peculiarities of inheritance and disposal of bank deposits in foreign credit institutions.
The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow, within the framework of the criminal case, satisfied the petition of Konstantin Frolov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, and releases the Company’s property from arrest. Earlier, within the framework of the specified criminal case, a seizure was imposed on the Toyota Land Cruiser 200 car belonging to the Company and funds on the Company’s current account in the amount of 26.5 million rubles. In the course of the litigation, the Defender of the Company managed to prove that the Company was not affiliated with the Accused and that the measures imposed were groundless.
The Tenth Arbitration Court of Appeal recognized the legal position of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” as legal and refused to the Agency for Dispute Resolution in the procedures for involving the Republic of Serbia in satisfying its complaint against the ruling of the court of first instance, which considered the issue of recovering legal costs from the Client of the Bureau. The interests of the Client were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal satisfied the complaint of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and issued a new decision on the full satisfaction of the Client’s claims and recovery over 44 million rubles from the Defendant under a contract for the supply of petroleum products. The interests of the Client were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer, head of the practice of resolving economic disputes of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District recognized the legal position of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” as legal and dismissed the Plaintiff’s complaint. Earlier, the Plaintiff announced the collection of more than 28 million rubles from the Client under the contract for the supply of petroleum products (the amount of advance payment for the undelivered goods). But the Moscow Arbitration Court, and then the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, refused to satisfy the Plaintiff’s claims in full.
