October 27 Main results of the day

The Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow satisfied the Bank’s application for recognizing as illegal the inaction of the senior bailiff of the Troparevo-Nikulinsky Bailiffs Department and the Main Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in Moscow in connection with the failure to initiate enforcement proceedings against the Bank’s debtor. The court established the fact of improper response to the Bank’s complaints, recognized the actions of the bailiff-executor as illegal and obliged to provide information on enforcement proceedings. The interests of the Bank were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
