Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, is included in the Expert Council on Construction, Building Materials Industry and Problems of Shared Construction under the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Utilities.

The composition of the Expert Council was approved by the decision of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Utilities No. 9 (5) dated December 8, 2021. The main functions of the Expert Council include preliminary examination, development of draft proposals for amendments and additions, consideration and assessment of draft laws, drafts of other normative acts in the field of urban planning activities, as well as the development of proposals for improving legal regulation in the field of urban planning activities, the building materials industry and issues shared construction.
