The Moscow City Arbitration Court has issued a decision to refuse to satisfy the claims of the insurance company against the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De-jure” for the recovery of damage caused as a result of a traffic accident. The Plaintiff referred to the fact that the Client did not have auto-civil liability insurance; therefore he is obliged to compensate for the damage. The Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” submitted a reasoned response to the statement of claim, in which it drew the court’s attention to the lack of evidence of the Defendant’s guilt in a traffic accident, without which it is impossible to recover damages. The Client’s interests were represented by Ksenia Stikhina, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
