January 12 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Volgograd Region recovered court expenses in the amount of more than one hundred thousand rubles in favor of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”. Court costs arose from the Principal as the applicant in the bankruptcy case, while the debtor voluntarily satisfied the requirements in the bankruptcy case. The interests of the Principal were represented by Roman Volkomorov, lawyer MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow City Court upheld the judicial act on the recovery from the Defendant in favor of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” of the debt under the service agreement drawn up in the form of a receipt. Legal assistance to the Principal was provided by Semyon Garayan, senior lawyer of the Bureau.
