The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to satisfy the claim for the obligation to extinguish the mortgage record filed against the Bank, whose interests were represented by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”. In this case, the lawyers of the Bureau proved that there were no legal grounds for satisfying this requirement. The Bank’s interests were represented by Vladimir Leonov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
