February 1 Main results of the day

The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to satisfy the petition of the procedural opponents of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” to grant postponement of execution of the court decision on the obligation to provide documents related to the Defendant’s economic activities. The lawyers of MCBA ”Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to convince the court that the Defendant, by filing a petition for the postponement of the execution of the judicial act, is abusing his procedural rights in order not to execute the court’s decision. The interests of the Client of the Bureau were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer.
