Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, took part in the most significant event among builders “Russian Construction Week-2022”. Within the framework of the Russian Construction Week, a round table was held “Completion of problematic shared-equity construction projects. Experience and prospects of final completion”, in which Nikita Filippov made a presentation to the participants on the topic “Challenging transactions and bringing to subsidiary liability – the risks of a developer in bankruptcy proceedings”. During his speech, Nikita Filippov touched upon the actual problems of developers, including the negative consequences of challenging transactions with counterparties in the framework of the bankruptcy procedure and bringing to subsidiary liability. During the discussion, the relevance and usefulness of the topic was noted not only for companies that are engaged in construction, but also for everyone involved in business.
