March 21 Kommersant Publishing House recognized MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” as the best legal consultant in Russia in the nomination “Bankruptcy of legal entities: Mid-Market” (federal rating, Band 1), and also noted the Bureau in 23 more nominations based on the results of a study of the Russian legal services market for 2021

Kommersant Publishing House has published the results of a new study of the legal services market for 2021. According to Kommersant’s assessment, MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” took first place in Russia in the nomination Bankruptcy of Legal Entities: Mid-Market (Federal Rating, Band 1) and second place in the main legal nominations “Arbitration proceedings”: Resolution of Commercial Disputes (Federal Rating, Band 1)” and “Dispute Resolution in Courts of General Jurisdiction: Property Relations Disputes (Federal Rating, Band 1)”.

In addition, the Bureau was also noted in the nominations “Bankruptcy of credit organizations” (4th place), “Bankruptcy of individuals” (5th place), “Insurance law” (5th place), “Family and inheritance law: disputes on divorce, division of property and inherited assets” (9th place), “Criminal law: malfeasances” (10th place), “Criminal law: economic crimes” (10th place), “Family and inheritance law: structuring of inherited assets” (11th place), “Arbitration proceedings : resolution of corporate disputes, High-End” (12th place).

In total, the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” was noted in 11 nominations of the best legal practices.

In the best industry practices, the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” won prizes in the 5 most competitive nominations:

– 5th place in the nomination “Financial and Banking sector (resolution of key disputes in banking, investment and insurance services)” (Band 1);

– 8th place in the nomination “Energy and Natural Resources: resolution of key disputes in industries;

– 10th place in the nomination “Construction and real estate: dispute resolution of real estate market participants” (federal rating, Band 1);

– 10th place in the nomination “Private Capital” (Band 1);

– 14th place in the nomination “Transport and logistics: resolving key disputes in the industry” (Band 1).
