The Leninsky District Court of Tyumen city fully satisfied the claims of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the recovery of debt under the loan agreement. In support of the position, the court was presented with evidence of the monetary value of the loan; the formed legal position on the possibility of transferring a significant amount of money under the loan agreement was substantiated. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ivan Bychkov, lawyer, Head of the Tyumen branch of the Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
