The Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow refused to satisfy the application of the procedural opponents of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” to restore the deadline for filing an application for the cancellation of the absentee decision. The lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to convince the court that the Plaintiff, by making such a claim, abuses his procedural rights and tries to delay the execution of the judicial act, since the cancellation of the absentee decision would not affect the operative part of the court decision. The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to satisfy the claims of the procedural opponents of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” to invalidate the donation agreement, the conclusion of which was approved by the participants of the Company at the meeting of the founders. The lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” managed to convince the court that the Plaintiff gives contradictory information about the same circumstances in different cases (estoppel). In addition, it was possible to prove the presence of signs of abuse of the right in the actions of the plaintiff and the absence of grounds for declaring the transaction invalid.
