The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied in full the claims of the Client of MCBA Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” for the recovery of debt from the debtor for making lease payments and penalties, including the recovery of penalties for future periods, in the total amount of 1.3 million rubles. The Client’s interests were represented by Alexander Uchaikin, senior lawyer of the Practice of resolving Economic Disputes at MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Moscow Arbitration Court, having considered the claims against the Client of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the recovery of more than 3.6 million rubles from him, at the request of the lawyers of the Bureau left the claim without consideration and at the same time recovered 70,000 rubles of court costs in favor of our Client. In this case, the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” were able to prove that the claim is formal and aimed only at delaying the bankruptcy case of the Plaintiff, who himself is the debtor of our Client. The rights and legitimate interests of the Client of the Bureau were represented by Yakov Bulut, Head of the Practice of Resolving Economic Disputes at MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, and Dan Khorolets, the practice’s lawyer.
