April 8 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Ryazan Region approved the amicable agreement at the request of the debtor (Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”). Lawyers of the Bureau managed to prove to the court that the approval of the settlement agreement contributes to the resumption of production of one of the city-forming enterprises in the Ryazan region. The interests of the Principal were represented by Andrey Khokhlov, Senior Lawyer of the Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Practice of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
