The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the application of the creditor (Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”) to invalidate the transaction for the transfer of funds by the debtor to the address of the legal entity. Within the framework of this dispute, the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to prove to the court that the transfers of funds to third parties were made with preference, within a month from the date of initiation of the debtor’s bankruptcy case. As a result of contesting this transaction, the bankruptcy estate increases, which leads to a more complete satisfaction of creditors’ claims, including those of the Principal. The interests of the Principal were represented by Andrey Khokhlov, Senior Lawyer of the Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Practice of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
