The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the requirements of the Client of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for inclusion in the register of claims of creditors of an individual in the amount of 5.9 million rubles. The lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to convince the court that the stated claims were justified and that there were no grounds for refusing to satisfy the claims or lowering the priority.
