April 22 Main results of the day

The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to establish the claims of the power supply company in the amount of more than 121 million rubles in the register of claims of debtor’s creditors – the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. Based on the analysis of the evidence presented by the applicant, as well as the documents of the Principal, the Bureau managed to prove that the debtor is not the proper Defendant. An additional argument for the unfoundedness of the claims put forward by the Bureau’s employees was the statement that the statute of limitations had been missed. As a result of the work done, the size of the register of creditors’ claims was reduced by one third of all claims filed in the framework of the bankruptcy case.
