The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal refused to satisfy the complaint of the Moscow City Property Department against the decision of the Court of first instance on the refusal to recover from the Principal of the Bureau the debt in the amount of more than 25 million rubles under the lease agreement. During the consideration of the dispute in the courts of the first and appellate instance, lawyers of the Bureau successfully proved the procedural position on the impossibility of collecting rent if there are signs of abuse of law in the actions of opponents. The interests of the Principal were represented by Semyon Garayan, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
