On June 15, 2022, the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” represented by Nikita Filippov and Yuliy Darinsky was solemnly accepted as a member of the Union of the “Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry” in Zelenograd at a meeting of the Supervisory Board.
The Arbitration Court of the Volgograd Region satisfied in full the requirements of the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the additional inclusion of more than 1.1 million rubles in the register of claims of the debtor’s creditors. At the same time, the numerous objections of the representative of the debtor’s participants, which boil down to an attempt to mislead the court as to the validity of the creditor’s claim, or at least postpone the court session, are completely devalued. The result of the meeting will allow us to obtain satisfaction of our Principal’s claim in full during the bankruptcy procedure. The interests of the Principal were represented by Roman Volkomorov, lawyer of the Tyumen branch of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
