June 7 Main results of the day

Based on the results of the meeting of the “Share Construction” section of the Expert Council under the State Duma Committee on Construction, Housing and Communal Services, it was decided to agree and support the proposals of Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, on the elimination of grounds for the emergence of contradictions in judicial practice regarding the procedure for calculating the penalty (Article 333 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) and the consolidation at the legislative level of a well-established temporary procedure for transferring apartments to equity holders. The section meeting was attended by deputies of the State Duma, representatives of federal and regional government authorities and the expert community.
