After 10 years, the final point has been put in the fierce legal struggle between the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and the Rosreestr Department for the Moscow Region and other interested parties. Thanks to a well-chosen strategy, the Principal managed to convince both the courts of general jurisdiction and the arbitration courts that the Principal has a legal title to real estate objects and the illegality of the actions of the registering authority. As a result, the Department of Rosreestr for the Moscow City finally registered the ownership of real estate objects with a total area of more than 700 square meters in favor of the Principal. The interests of the Principal in this dispute were represented in one way or another by almost the entire team of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, headed by Nikita Filippov, Bureau’s Head.
The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow has terminated the proceedings in the case of collecting wages from the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in the amount of 250 thousand rubles due to the Plaintiff’s refusal of the claim. During the negotiations, lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to convince the Plaintiff to resolve the dispute with the help of conciliation procedures. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
