The Moscow City Arbitration Court satisfied the claim of the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and recovered from the Defendant the rent arrears in the amount of more than 9 million rubles. Lawyers of the Bureau, using the advantage gained due to the Defendant’s failure to appear at the preliminary hearing, insisted on moving from the preliminary hearing to the main hearing and considering the case on the merits, which the court could not disagree with, since the opponents did not submit motivated objections regarding the transition. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, Senior Lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
