A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The European Court of Human Rights has accepted for its consideration the complaint of the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” about the violation of Article 6 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms – the right to a fair trial. The complaint was filed in connection with procedural violations of the court of general jurisdiction in considering a dispute on contesting the cadastral value of a non-residential building under the Code of Administrative Judicial Proceedings of the Russian Federation. The interests of the Principal are represented by Semyon Garayan, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
