The Moscow City Arbitration Court satisfied the application of the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and recovered from the Defendant the full amount of legal expenses for paying for the services of a representative in the amount of 280 thousand rubles. The significance of the adopted decision lies in the fact that usually in practice the court reduces the amount claimed by 2 or 3 times and very rarely satisfies the court costs in full. Earlier, in this case, the lawyers of the Bureau achieved full satisfaction of the claims of the Principal for the recovery of about 1 million rubles of debt under a contract for the supply of petroleum products and interest for the use of a commercial loan. The interests of the Principal were represented by Dan Khorolets, senior lawyer of the practice of resolving economic disputes of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
