The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow satisfied the application of the Claimant, whose interests were represented by the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, for the issuance of a duplicate of the writ of execution and the restoration of the deadline for its presentation in the 2014 case. The lawyers of the Bureau managed to convince the court that the repeated loss of the writ of execution and, as a result, the missed deadline for its presentation arose through the fault of the bailiff service, as a result of which the rights of the Claimant were violated and he was deprived of the opportunity to recover money within the framework of enforcement proceedings. The interests of the Claimant were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
