The Kursk Regional Court canceled the decision of the court of first instance on the recovery of 900 thousand rubles of arrears in payment of customs duties and penalties from the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The complexity of this process consisted in the need to prove the incorrect procedure for calculating customs payments by the customs authority, the absence of legal grounds for their accrual, violation of the procedure for submitting claims by the customs authority, as well as improper notification of the Principal of the initiated legal process. Lawyers of the Bureau managed to convince the court that there were no violations on the part of the Principal and achieve an appeal ruling on the satisfaction of the complaint and the complete annulment of the decision of the court of first instance. The interests of the Principal were represented by Dan Khorolets, lawyer of the economic dispute resolution practice of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
