September 26 Main results of the day

The Moscow City Court overturned the decision of the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow on the recovery of contributions from the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in favor of the consumer cooperative and proceeded to consider the case according to the rules of first instance. Within the framework of the dispute, the Bureau succeeded not only in proving that the assessment of contributions in the declared amount was unlawful, but also that the court violated the secrecy of the meeting when issuing the judicial act. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
