September 27 Webinar on mobilization

Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, together with the Aktion publishing house, held an emergency webinar on the site of the online magazine “General Director” on the topic “Partial mobilization: how an employer should act.” During the webinar, the most pressing issues related to mobilization were disclosed in detail, including postponement and exemption from conscription, booking, how to arrange the absence of employees, fines for evading mobilization, what threatens those who are in another country, whether IT specialists will be mobilized, how summonses are handed over, for how long they can mobilize.
