The Elektrostal City Court of the Moscow region granted 4 applications of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, representing the interests of the Bank, for the issuance of duplicates in cases of 2011. In the absence of evidence from the bailiffs about the return of the originals of the writ of execution, the court restored the deadline for submitting duplicate writ of execution to the bailiff service. The interests of the Bureau were represented by Sergey Bibikov, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow City Court overturned the decision of the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow to recover contributions from our Principal in favor of a consumer cooperative and proceeded to consider the case according to the rules of the first instance. The Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed not only to prove that the assessment of contributions in the declared amount was unlawful, but also that the court violated the secrecy of the meeting when issuing a judicial act, in connection with which the Court of Appeal proceeded to consider the case according to the rules of the first instance. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District left unchanged the judicial acts of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal and the Moscow Arbitration Court, which satisfied the claims of our Principal against the Defendant to establish the boundaries of a municipal land plot, which was provided for the first time to the Principal for rent with a plurality of persons on the tenant’s side, but had been in the possession of the procedural opponent for many years. The court of cassation instance found unconvincing the arguments of the cassator about the preferential right of lease of the original tenant, and the court also critically assessed the Defendant’s arguments about the alleged violations of the requirements of urban planning legislation when forming the configuration and determining the boundaries of the land plot. The interests of the Principal were represented by Konstantin Tkachenko, Head of the practice of legal support of entrepreneurship.
