The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the application of our Principal for the recovery of unjustified enrichment, losses and interest for the use of other people’s funds from a public authority in the total amount of more than 37 million rubles. During the consideration of the dispute, the fact of the occurrence of unjustified enrichment on the opponent’s side and the obligation to pay it to the Principal was successfully proved. Moreover, the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to convince the court that there were grounds for recovering damages related to the inseparable improvements created by the Principal in non-residential premises, which were subsequently transferred to the state authority. The interests of the Principal were represented by Semyon Garayan, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Moscow Arbitration Court in the framework of the bankruptcy case of the deceased debtor approved the Regulations on the procedure for the sale of property. Bureau’s employees, representing the interests of the Principal-creditor, carried out extensive work to search for the debtor’s property, in the absence of relevant information in the registration authorities. Lawyers of the Bureau, together with the financial manager, presented evidence to the court that the apartment of the debtor’s wife was jointly acquired and is subject to sale. As a result, the Principal had the opportunity to achieve satisfaction of his claims in the framework of the bankruptcy case. The interests of the Principal were represented by Valentina Petrova, First Deputy head of the Bureau of Lawyers De jure”, and Kseniya Stikhina, senior lawyer of the Bureau.
