Lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” won in the court of appeal the case on the recovery of more than 80 million rubles in favor of our Principal. The essence of the case was that the Principal and his debtor worked for more than three years at once under 4 different contracts. Under each of the contracts, from time to time, the debtor used the right of a paid deferment for the goods received; randomly making payments, which greatly complicated the calculation of his debt, which eventually took two sheets of A3 format. Already in court, our opponent changed his position several times, and also did everything possible to drag out the dispute. At the beginning, the opponent’s procedural tricks did confuse the court, which led to several adjournments of court hearings. However, in the end, the lawyers of the Bureau refuted each of the arguments he had stated, as a result of which the decision of the court of first instance, and later the decision of the court of appeal, were adopted completely in favor of our Principal. His interests were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Moscow Arbitration Court, within the framework of a corporate dispute, refused to recover losses in the amount of more than 7 million rubles from our Principal. The employees of the Bureau managed to prove to the court the groundlessness of the claims of the director and participant of the company suspended from the management to the current head. In order to achieve a positive result on the dispute, the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” has developed an extensive strategy, including the conduct of judicial and extrajudicial measures; all potential risks have been identified and minimized. The interests of the Principal were represented by Nikolai Polusitov, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
