Three procedural victories of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” at once were included in the “Disputes of the Year” according to Kommersant. Among the most significant court cases of 2022, according to Kommersant, the following were noted: a bankruptcy dispute of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in the amount of 157.5 billion rubles, a commercial dispute (the Bureau managed to achieve a refusal to satisfy a claim for the recovery of a fine from a supplier in the amount of 442 million rubles), as well as a criminal case with an economic composition, which ended with the complete cancellation of the verdict in the court of appeal and the release of the Principal from punishment with no criminal record and from custody in the courtroom.
