The Tenth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region on the refusal to establish the claims of a person affiliated with the debtor in the amount of more than 34 million rubles. The Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, representing the interests of the applicant in the bankruptcy case of the debtor, brought convincing arguments about the groundlessness of the application of the affiliated person. Prevention of inclusion in the register of a competing creditor allowed increasing the percentage of satisfaction of the client’s claims. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ksenia Stikhina, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
