A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The Moscow City Arbitration Court rejected in full the Bank’s application to include in the register of claims of the Debtor, which is our Principal, a debt in the amount of more than 9 million rubles in index order. Lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” prepared motivated objections to the Bank’s demands. As a result, the court agreed with the position of the Bureau and refused to satisfy the creditor’s claims in full. The interests of the Debtor were represented by Irina Morozova, senior lawyer of the Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Practice of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
