A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The Kuzminsky District Court of Moscow satisfied the application of our Principal to restore the missed procedural period. During the consideration of the dispute, the opponents raised many objections, which were refuted by the response provided in the case file. The court found valid reasons for missing the deadline specified in the application, and satisfied the application of the Principal in full. The interests of the Principal were represented by Semyon Garayan, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
