A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The Moscow City Arbitration Court, within the framework of a corporate dispute, satisfied the requirements of our Principal, obliged the Defendant to submit all the requested documents, and also collected a court penalty in the amount of 7 thousand rubles for each day of delay in the execution of the court decision and court costs. The preparation of the legal position on the case was carried out by Larisa Kuzina, Senior lawyer of the contractual and legislative practice at the Bureau of lawyer “De jure”.
