The Sergiev Posad City Court of the Moscow Region satisfied the application of our Principal for the issuance of a duplicate writ of execution for the recovery of a debt in the amount of 1.5 million rubles. The writ of execution was lost by the bailiff service due to improper work of employees of the structural unit. The interests of the Principal in court were represented by Sergey Bibikov, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The judicial epic on the sale of non-residential premises of a large Moscow shopping center has ended. The Moscow Arbitration Court put an end to the last administrative claim of our Principal’s debtors, confirming the legality of all procedures and actions to foreclose on the premises of the shopping center and transfer them to the Principal as part of enforcement proceedings. The Principal’s interests in the administrative case were represented by Sergey Bibikov, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Khoroshevsky District Court of Moscow satisfied a claim for the recovery of rental payments from an individual in favor of a bankrupt organization, based on a judicial act on the invalidation of a transaction on the prolongation of the lease agreement. In the framework of this dispute, the Bureau represented the interests of a third party – a collateral creditor of the bankrupt organization. Despite the fact that the Plaintiff completely withdrew from the consideration of the case and did not take part in the court hearings, we managed to refute all counter-arguments of the Defendant, including missing the limitation period, the possibility of offsetting claims against the cost of repair work, the absence of legal grounds for collecting rent arrears in the period after the expiration of the lease and until the departure from the specified premises.
