December 20 Out-of-court cases

Sultan Khamzaev, Deputy of the State Duma, presented Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, with a Letter of Thanks from the All-Russian political party “United Russia” for active citizenship and personal contribution to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the Russian Federation.

The Russian Union of Suppliers of Metal Products, the International Association “Union of Aviation Engine Building” and the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” held a webinar “Overview of important legislative changes for business and citizens”. The webinar was attended by lawyers, Heads of legal departments and directors of companies- members of the Russian Union of Suppliers of Metal Products and the International Association “Union of Aviation Engine Building”. The webinar speakers were:

— Lilia Sokirinskaya, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, with a topic on criminal risks in the execution of state defense orders;

— Ivan Bychkov, Head of the Tyumen branch of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, spoke about innovations in legislation and judicial practice in bankruptcy cases;

— Marina Nikolaenko, Head of Family and Inheritance Dispute Resolution Practice at the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, with the topic “Main changes in legislation in the field of family and inheritance law in 2022”;

— Konstantin Tkachenko, Head of the practice of legal support of entrepreneurship at the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, made a report on the prohibitions of trademark registration, mandatory state registration of pledges for exclusive rights in relation to computer programs and databases;

— Лариса Кузина, старший юрист Бюро адвокатов «Де-юре», которая рассказала о последних изменениях в области гражданского и корпоративного законодательства.

— Larisa Kuzina, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, who spoke about the latest changes in the field of civil and corporate legislation.

Joint webinars of the Russian Union of Suppliers of Metal Products, the International Association “Union of Aviation Engine Building” and the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” on various legal topics are held monthly; in 2023 this practice will be continued. Participation in the webinar is free.

Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, took part in the work of the Commission of the Association of Lawyers of Russia on the analysis, development and improvement of procedural and non-procedural forms of dispute resolution. During the meeting, the results of the Commission’s work for 2022 were summed up and proposals for the work plan for 2023 were considered. In addition, the members of the Commission recommended the publication of textbooks “Civil Procedure”, the authors of which Yu.A. Svirin and A.A.Vlasov are.
