January 27 Main results of the day

The Krasnogorsk City Court of the Moscow Region satisfied the application of the Principal, who was not involved in the case, to restore the deadline for filing an appeal against the decision of August 2022. The Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to convince the judicial staff that the Principal could not have known about the decision until December 2022, when it was attached during the consideration of another dispute, and that the fact of cohabitation with the Defendant did not guarantee that she would be able to get information from him about this case. Also, the lawyers of the Bureau managed to prove that the rights of the Principal as the spouse of the Respondent are violated by the issued judicial act, since the recovery will be made from the jointly acquired property of the spouses, and also because the court is considering another dispute about the recovery of alimony in favor of her and her child from the Defendant. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
