The Arbitration Court of the Arkhangelsk Region, in the framework of the bankruptcy case of the debtor – a company, having considered the application for revision of the judicial act on inclusion in the register of claims of the creditor – an individual due to newly discovered circumstances, excluded from the register the claims of this creditor for a total of 397 million rubles. It is worth noting that this creditor is also an applicant in a separate dispute on bringing the Principal to subsidiary liability for the obligations of the debtor, and therefore the fact that most of his claims are excluded from the register will directly affect the results of consideration of this application. The interests of the Principal in court were represented by Viktor Pokormyak, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and Aleksandra Reznichenko, attorney’s trainee.

The Shcherbinsky District Court of Moscow satisfied the application of the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the issuance of duplicates of executive documents lost by the bailiff in 2018. As a result of these successful actions, the Principal restored his right to collect debts from his debtors in the amount of 1.5 million rubles. The interests of the Principal were represented by Sergey Bibikov, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
