Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, took part in a regular meeting of the Commission for the Analysis, Development and Improvement of Procedural and Out-of-Procedural Forms of Dispute Resolution, which is a body of the Russian Bar Association. The commission summed up the results of the Annual All-Russian competition for the best legislative initiative among students, undergraduates and postgraduates of law schools and faculties.
In total, 48 works from undergraduates and postgraduates of law schools and faculties from various regions of Russia were submitted to the competition. As a result, the winners were distributed as follows:
The first place for the best legislative initiative went to Evgeny Ivanov and Vladislav Tuktamyshev, post-graduate students of the Department of Civil Procedure of the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev. The second place in the competition for the best legislative initiative was awarded to Danila Ustsov, a postgraduate student of the Department of Civil Law and Process of the Law Institute of the Vyatka State University. Two third places in the competition were awarded to Svetlana Pronyakina, postgraduate student of the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law of the Faculty of Law of the Voronezh State University, and Elizaveta Nebesnaya, postgraduate student of the Department of Civil Procedure of the Saratov State Law Academy.
Also, for the practical significance of the work carried out, the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” decided to award a diploma to Nikita Stolpovskikh from the Voronezh State University.
