Konstantin Tkachenko, Head of the Practice of Legal support of Entrepreneurship at the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, took part in the Litigation Forum Pravo.ru and made a report on the topic “Dispute Settlement Clause in Arbitration Courts”, within which the judicial practice of the legality of the arbitration clause, as well as the most common defects of arbitration agreements, was analyzed.
