The Arbitration Court of the Tver Region satisfied the Principal’s claims to recover from the debtor the debt for payment for the goods and the penalty, including the recovery of the penalty for future periods in the total amount of 1.7 million rubles. The peculiarity of the dispute was that primary documents were not drawn up between the parties in paper form, and the procedural opponent, abusing the right, tried to mislead the court regarding the volume of the goods actually delivered, including referring to the lack of original documents and the presence of counterclaims. However, the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to convince the court of the inconsistency of the position of the opponents and tip the scales in favor of the Principal. The interests of the Principal were represented by Alexander Uchaykin, senior lawyer of the practice of resolving economic disputes of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
