The Pushkin City Court of the Moscow Region agreed with the arguments of the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and satisfied the claim for the interpretation of the will and recognition of the ownership of two land plots and a residential building by inheritance. The stated claim was due to the presence of typos in the will when specifying the real estate objects transferred to one of the heirs. The situation was further complicated by the fact that the cadastral numbers of real estate were not indicated in the will. During the trial, despite the active opposition of another heir, it was successfully proved that real estate objects with typos do not physically exist, and therefore the will of the testator was directed to the transfer of objects actually belonging to the testator. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, Senior Lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
